Registration fees are non-refundable after 14 days from the date of payment.

Partial credits may be issued at the discretion of CFA management in cases of medical withdrawal supported by physician documentation.

Monthly installment plans that are cancelled mid-season remain liable for the full season fee. Cancelling a monthly plan does not relieve the Parent of the remaining balance owed for the season.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to club leadership. Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 business days.
