Media Release

Parent grants CFA and its designees a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to photograph, film, video record, and otherwise capture the likeness, image, voice, and performance of the Player during CFA activities, and to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and distribute such materials, in whole or in part, in any medium now known or later developed, including but not limited to CFA's website, social media accounts, marketing materials, press releases, recruiting profiles, sponsor materials, and broadcast or streaming of games and events.

1. Purposes. Such use may include promotional, marketing, recruiting, educational, archival, and historical purposes related to CFA's mission and operations.

2. No Compensation. Parent acknowledges that neither Parent nor the Player will receive compensation, royalties, or other consideration for the use of such materials.

3. No Obligation to Use. CFA is under no obligation to use any specific photograph, video, or recording, and may decline to use or may remove previously published materials at its discretion.

4. Third-Party Use. Parent acknowledges that CFA activities may occur at venues or events where third parties, including news media, opposing clubs, tournament organizers, or other parents, may also capture images or video, and that this Release does not extend to control over third-party use, which is outside CFA's control.

5. Right to Decline. Parent may decline this Media Release without affecting the Player's eligibility to participate in CFA programs. Parents who decline should notify CFA in writing so that reasonable efforts can be made to exclude the Player from promotional materials; CFA cannot guarantee exclusion from incidental images captured during group activities, games, or events open to the public.

6. Duration. This consent remains in effect for the duration of the Player's participation in CFA and continues with respect to previously captured materials even after the Player's participation ends, unless

Parent revokes consent in writing, in which case CFA will make reasonable efforts to remove the Player's likeness from materials under CFA's direct control going forward (excluding materials already distributed to third parties or published in non-recallable formats).
